A cake in celebration of the Lighthouse West Yorkshire Charity. This charity ‘helps those battered and bruised by life’.
Cake is a 12″ vanilla Victoria sponge cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling. It is covered in a soft fondant icing and hand painted with food colours to (hopefully) look like a sky clearing after a storm.
