It was my nephew Nick’s 21st birthday yesterday and we had a little family gathering in the sun to celebrate, followed by Chinese food and thunder storms – what could be better than that? Adding a chocolate cake into the mix that’s what!
Here are a couple of photos of his cake. Chocolate cake, with chocolate cream filling covered with fondant icing. Playing cards and poker chips were also made out of icing, with hand drawn figures and numbers on the cards 🙂
