A trio of cakes for Jinx’s 21st birthday.
Left: a four layer lemon cake with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream, decorated with an edible paper flower and tiny gold stars.
Centre: a 6 layer chocolate cake, with chocolate fudge filling, covered in chocolate buttercream and decorated with a dark chocolate drip, gold mustered chocolate balls, mini candy chocolate bars and of course some tiny stars!
Right: a four layer vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling, decorated in a ‘semi-naked’ style with a red edible paper rose and tiny gold stars.
