A Victoria Sandwich cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam and topped with a chocolate mirror glaze. The cake topper is a carrot cake muffin decorated to look like a melting ice cream cone. This was a little surprise cake for my father in-law’s 76th birthday last weekend. Happy Birthday Pops x
