A rather special 21st birthday cake for a rather special girl 🙂
The tiers are lemon cake with lemon curd filling and carrot cake with a lemon buttercream, filling, covered in fondant icing which has been coloured with food colouring to resemble marble. The middle tier is covered in rice paper ‘feathers’.
